Our Delivery Warranty and Return Policy
Pro Class Auto guarantees that all items, except those listed "as-is", will arrive
free of defects or damage and will meet or exceed part descriptions.
All items, with the exception of engines, transmissions and complete
vehicles purchased from Pro Class Auto may be returned within 30 days
of receipt of your item with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
In order to obtain a R.M.A. you must call us or fill out the online form
from our main website (www.proclassauto.com) with 30 days of receipt or delivery
of your part. Delivery is determined by carrier tracking number to determine
date of delivery or a signed and dated pickup receipt.
Once an R.M.A. is granted, you will have the choice of receiving a return
label either by e-mail or regular mail in which you will be responsible to
drop off at the nearest FedEX location.
Non-Defective Returns
Items returned which are not defective will not qualify for paid return shipping.
Instances where a part does not fit, a customer has a "change of mind" or
any other reason for returning a part that is not defective will result in a deduction
of the original and return shipping from the refund amount.
Time Limit on Returns
After 30 days from the time of delivery or pickup, Pro Class Auto will not accept
any return, unless an extended
warranty has been puchased.
Refunds
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the returned item.
Refunds can take up to an additional 10 days to process through your credit card
or for a check refund to arrive in the mail. All returned purchases made via
Credit Card will be refunded back to your credit card. All returned purchases
made via cash, check or money order will be issued a refund check and send via regular
mail. All returned purchases made via PayPal will be refunded back through
your PayPal account.
Returned Merchandise - Reasons for Rejection
All retuned parts are inspected to determine that they are complete and are original.
Pro Class Auto has the right to reject any part for return based upon a strict method
of inspection. Parts that are missing pieces or it is determined not to be
our original item will be sent back to the customer and the refund will be denied.
Freight and Shipping Refunds
Absulutely under any circumstances no refund(s) shall be issued on shipping or freight charges for engines, transmissions, hoods, doors, seats or any other item
deemed as freight or oversize shipment.
